We are a locally owned and operated business serving East Tennessee since 1982. We actually have over 40 hires on Thumbtack!! Please don’t let the 13 hires keep you from getting estimate from us. We had 34 hires in 2017 alone. We switched the cell phone number responses went to and they would not allow us to transfer info. It was like we had to start all over. We have very fair pricing and do quality work. I enjoy the whole process of the project from initial decisions of material, colors, etc. to completion of job. But what I enjoy most is the satisfaction and pride the homeowner has with the finished project!!

Great work! Went back and forth on roof type then shingle type, once it was agreed they were prompt, installation crew worked the entire day (morning to evening) got the job done on time. And I was a little worried about cleanup but when they were done and before they left they made sure the property was the same or better. Highly recommend.

Got my house roof replaced and they delivered as promised. We had weather that caused us delays and they were prompt with keeping me in the loop with how the schedule was changing. Other than ensuring that all the nails were picked up after installation, I have no complaints! Recommend!

With such a small job I was surprised at their quick response time. Their estimate response time, knowledge, reasonable pricing and demeanor led to my selecting Southern Builders. Once on site to start work they were orderly, careful to not damage the surrounding area keeping debris from demo of old roof under control and thoroughly cleaning work area once work completed. The installation of the new roof was very professional with everything requested installed and in the proper manner. Slight delay in forwarding the invoice (that may just be me) the end price was the agreed upon amount and all is satisfactorily completed. I would recommend this builder to anyone who wants and needs an honest contractor.

I couldn't have asked for a better roofing company. Their punctuality and also their value was very good also. They were done in 2 days. They stayed till dark to finish the job. I definitely would use them again. The roof is beautiful. Everyone was so nice. I hope you give them a try. They did not take advantage of a woman where I have had some do that.
