Introduction

A woman owned business, Little Fixes is a handyman service that handles all the little things that you don’t know how to do. Nothing is too small. Our handymen are there when the big contractors decide they don’t want to deal with it and when those contractors’ service fees cost more than the fix itself. Why we do what we do and feel passionate about it... It is no secret that women are taken advantage of when it comes to home repairs, fixing cars and anything else in the mans world. We have all been there when that so-called professional makes us feel uncomfortable in our own home or overcharges us because they can. Little Fixes was started with that in mind. As a woman owned business we wanted to offer something different...a trusted, safe, family man coming in to your home. Someone that shows up when he is suppose to and doesn’t leave until the repairs are done...and that my friends is priceless!!

We had a small drywall project that we needed completed. The company was very responsive, and was able to get me in a bit sooner than initially quoted (2 weeks instead of 3), which was good. Each day they arrived, they were not on schedule and showed up hours after their quoted time windows because they had fallen behind. The third visit was supposed to be early the next week so they could wait for the compound to dry, but they tried to come out on Friday at 7pm. The compound was still wet, and they couldn't have finished it then, so I asked to remain being scheduled for the next week. They couldn't schedule us because they had already fully booked themselves, so we declined the final appointment and completed the job ourselves. I was satisfied with their communication, and they adjusted the invoice to reflect the modified labor, but the mis-management of scheduling and staffing led to a lot of complications and extra work on our end.

Very professional! Always willing to help anyway they can. They hung our new cabinets and laid our new counter tops in a matter of two days. They are super reasonable on prices and so so kind about everything. I would highly recommend them! Here’s a little before and after of their work!
