- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we can help you over the phone and give you some pricing or answer any questions you have we will do that. Otherwise, we will schedule a time frame that work for you and send a technician who can fix the issue while he is there. We do have same day service guaranteed for any calls before 2pm.
