Jeff came a did the work in a reasonable time. He installed a barn door with hardware. He supplied the door, had it painted, and hung the door with the hardware we purchased from Home Depot. He also installed the two door handles. One that had to be routed into the door. His price was reasonable for the job. His crew was courteous and clean. I highly recommend Jeff.

Let me tell you about what I know about working with Cledson - I ordered the wrong door, it just plain wouldn't have fit in the spot where my old door was. Given that my back door was now completely missing, and I don't have a vehicle that would hold a door, Cledson drove me, yes, drove me over to the store to get a new door with me, and made sure I chose the correct size and type.
In addition, I had bought new locks and knobs for this new door, and in all the confusion of that, I forgot to tell him about them until he removed the old hardware from my old door, and nearly 100% had moved that to my new door. Upon telling him that, he wasn't annoyed, and in fact he removed my old locks and put on the new ones.
Both of these issues cost him extra time, and he didn't charge anything extra. Even after I asked him to charge me extra because I wasted his time.
I can't recommend him enough, and hope to work with him again for our front door. Thanks!

Highly recommend Cledson. We installed 2 storm doors. Cledson stopped by to measure to give me a quote. Then he came back to remeasure before he purchased the doors. 2 doors were installed in only a few hours. I am getting a list ready to hire Cledson for more work around the house. You should too.

Cledson was a pleasure to work with. In under 48 hours he gave me an onsite estimate, purchased all three doors I needed and had them installed. I needed two old storm doors replaced and a set of closet doors replaced. All the new doors fit much better than the originals and he made sure the task was done right. He was also very friendly and kind to my two dogs who tend to always find themselves in the way! I look forward to working with him again - great work and very fair prices.

He is a nice person, but is careless. We texted the storm door picture, description and link from Home Depot for him to buy and pick-up. And he bought the wrong door! Unfortunately we did not check what he bought. After install, there was a small damaged on the bottom right of the screen mesh.

We asked for a quote for a simple project (door/frame replacement). They seemed knowledgeable and told us what we would need to make our specific situation safe. Quote seemed like a lot but not outrageous, we asked if they could do any better, they said basically no, but that we could try to get a less expensive door. Fine. Given our specific door situation, we were fine with paying that amount. I kept having to follow up with him about getting the project done and he did not do things that he said he would, like send me door options. When he came back to me with a quote, it was $200 higher than it would have been with the cheaper door. I asked for an explanation for the difference in cost and he sent me an extremely my long, rude, unprofessional and straight up unkind response about us haggling about pricing and doubting that we could pay for the door and that he was not interested in the project. I'm not sure if he chose not to work with us or vice versa, but we obviously did not end up working with him, so I cannot speak to their actual quality of work, only the experience that we had.

Our front door latch broke and we were unable to open the door at all. The latch needed to be completely replaced. Harry was prompt to the job - same day in fact - and he made a proper suggestion to improve the front door entry from a regular latch and deadbolt to a keypad entry. Though we opted to stick with our old school deadbolt, I appreciated the recommendation. We also asked him to fix our mudroom screen door which would not close properly and which our handymen friends had been unable to properly fix when we bought our house. He did both jobs on the same call, quickly, efficiently and promptly. He also obeyed all CDC recommended precautions for COVID, which I appreciated as I'm immune compromised. It was a bit pricey but given the quick turnaround and well done job, I was satisfied.

Amazing! Cledson came through right on time for the scheduled appointment. He was very responsive to my request, professional, friendly and made some really good suggestions. Initially was just to install 3 storm doors, but then based on our conversation I decided to add more to the project. He was very flexible to my request in adding an entirely new door with frame, removed the old one, helped me pick out quality materials and helped me return what wasn’t going to work for the space. He worked quietly and efficiently and I’m very pleased with the finished products. My family commented on how neat the door all looked when finished. And I have more stuff for him to help me with because his work is very neat and priced reasonably!

James and his team did a great job with our front entrance. We had water leaking issues at the entrance into our basement as well as a really old front door. James gave us a reasonable and timely quote for the waterproofing the entrance and replacing both doors and explained and wrote out all the work that would go into it. James and his team were very friendly and quick with the work and even came back an extra afternoon to make sure the interior finishing work was properly done. Would definitely hire again in the future!

Mike was very helpful! I explained the issue with my bifold door and he expertly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He was quick and then asked if he could help with anything else so I showed him a curtain I had attempted to install myself and he fixed it in 1 minute! I hired Daniel because of his reviews and I had seen some of his finished projects and was impressed, however I now wonder if he actually did all those jobs. He came unprepared , did not take any measurements . He had to stop twice during the first day to go get supplies . He then had the store call for my credit card number to pay for supplies on the second trip . I had multiple texts with him asking if I had siding and flooring . He did not know that the floor would be involved in replacing the front door and did not recognize that the floor was hard wood , not laminate . When I looked over the receipts from Home Depot , I paid for drill bits , saw blades and gloves for him to use . When questing he told me he need them to do the job. He left my porch covered in nails, screws and other trash and when I asked if he was going to take the trash he told me that was another $100. I told him I was not paying for that , but he was taking the trash . I did not let i go I’m complete the job . Now o have to hire someone to fix his screw ups . He even bout the handle to the dood in crooked !!
