At the Marriott Downtown Knoxville we had been having issues with a drain backing up. We would get it cleared and the next day it would back up again. We then knew we needed a company with the equipment to fully clean out the drain. It was the weekend and nobody could come till Monday. I reached out to Zoom Drain and they said theyd be there Sunday morning. They were excellent in communicating when they would arrive. Once there they got right on it and had the drain completely cleared out within an hour. I was highly impressed and will use them in the future when I need plumbing service.

Kenneth came out twice for us to figure out what was causing issues with our toilet. Great communication on when they would be here and He was even able to get in contact with a company to pump our tank when I let him know I wasnt able to get ahold of anyone. They were able to clear our toilet clog within an hr of being at my home.
