- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer service is key to what we do. We strive for excellence and endeavor to not only meet your expectations, but exceed them. We offer quality products at extremely competitive prices. From the designer to the installers, we maintain a sharp focus on providing good customer service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the free consultation a homeowner meets with an experienced design consultant so our designer can listen to specific needs and ask questions. The designer will measure the space(s) and within 24-48 hours send the homeowner designs and pricing. The designer will continue working with the homeowner until the design(s) is exactly what the customer wants and meets their budget. Once the design(s) is approved and ordered, the install occurs in about 4 weeks. Now the homeowner can enjoy a more organized life!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our designers go through an intense six-month training process to learn about designing custom home organization solutions throughout the house and become proficient using our proprietary CAD design software. Our installers also complete a training program, which not only includes learning how to install our products and problem-solving techniques, but they are taught about our customer service protocols. All employees maintain a sharp focus on customer service.
