Mark was the one who is eager to educate the clients. Other companies did not like time consuming and procrastinating customer, like me, but Mark always called me and answered all my questions. First he suggested the lowest price unit and I didn’t like the number of SEER rating, then he recommended better efficient unit that qualified tax rebates for $2000. This is big impact. I appreciate Mark told me that and it was only him told about it. I love my new unit indeed that is quiet and has moisture control in it. Pol’s maintenance program is also very reasonable. I really satisfied Pol’s more than 100%.

They may have the best communication of any contractor I've ever used. They diagnosed a couple major issues with a low end heat pump, and offered a repair and replace option. I went for replacement to end the suffering we've had from this unit. They just finished installing our new Trane heat pump with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. All 3 techs I worked with were outstanding, friendly, and someone you felt like you could trust to be in your house. Pol's is now solidly at the top of my go-to contractor list. Thanks!

Impressed in every way. Called with a failing AC unit and they were able to get out to check it promptly. Unfortunately, we had to replace the unit (18 years old), but I was thoroughly impressed with Nate’s knowledge of the industry. I really appreciated him physically showing me everything that was wrong with the unit while explaining in detail the reasons it needed to be replaced and changed in some ways to provide the correct amount of air to different parts of the house. We had been patching it here and there over the last 4 years so I wasn’t surprised it was on its last leg. They were able to schedule an install just a few days later and it was top notch service. Nate, Michael, and Justin were professional and all around good people. They took the time to explain what they were doing and were very careful to keep everything clean while truly respecting our house. I truly appreciate how easy they were to work with and got the feeling that they really care about their customers and the community. I will highly recommended them to all of my friends.
