I recently hired Marshall Cleaning Service and overall, I was pleased with their work. They did a thorough job cleaning our home and were very professional throughout the process. The staff was friendly, punctual, and paid attention to detail, ensuring that most areas were spotless by the time they left. I have to specifically highlight the outstanding job they did on our driveway. After their meticulous cleaning, it looked brand new, as if it were Christmas morning. The transformation was incredible, and it brought a fresh and vibrant look to the exterior of our home. Their attention to detail in this area was truly impressive. However, I do have a couple of reservations. Firstly, I was disappointed to find out that they charge customers for using a credit card. It feels unreasonable to pass on these business costs to the customer. In today's market, absorbing these costs should be part of the service. Additionally, there was an issue with cleaning the top of our deck. Initially, they provided a poor excuse as to why they couldn't do it, which was frustrating. However, after I demonstrated an easier method, they relented and completed the job to my satisfaction. This shows they are willing to adapt and listen to customer feedback, which is a positive sign. Overall, the quality of their cleaning was commendable, and they significantly improved the appearance of our home. If they could improve their billing practices and initial responsiveness to customer requests, they would easily earn five stars. Despite these minor issues, I would still recommend Marshall Cleaning Service for their dedication and the impressive results they delivered, especially on our driveway.

Amazing job. I had really terrible pet stains prior to there service. Now you can not see them or smell them. If you have stairs I recommend as well. I have light carpet too. Quick, reliable service. I will recommend and only use Marshall Cleaning for my carpet services.
