Steve came to our house and immediately went to work on the problem with our printer. Steve knows his STUFF. He fixed the problem with the printer. Then scanned and deleted malware that was threatening our PC.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most jobs are $85 labor. Subsequent jobs done remotely are $40. If parts are required I sell them at my cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a convenient time for me to visit and I provide their options after I diagnose their issue at the site.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certificate from Chattanooga State in Information Technologies plus 38 years experience.
