- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wallaby Windows doesn't believe in high-pressured sales with gimmicks and aggressive discounting to get you to sign. We charge a fair price to begin with and are confident in the value of our products and services. For certain holidays or special occasions, we may elect to offer a higher discounted rate. Ask your window consultant for more details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The customer experience is our highest priority. Customers can schedule a free in-home consultation by contacting our friendly office staff or submitting an inquiry on our website. During your appointment, your expert window consultant will perform a complete inspection with measurements then design the perfect solution for your home improvement project. A quote and financing approval (if desired) can be provided same-day. Through strong supplier relationships, we offer some of the best lead times in the market. Installations are performed by highly vetted and fully licensed, bonded, and insured crews who take care of your property as if it were their own. A dedicated Operations Manager is present throughout the install ensuring your project is a huge success. By the time we finish and clean up, we expect nothing less than to have earned a 5-Star review.
