FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing always varies based on the scope of the project. The amount of people, locations, shoot days or equipment needed as well as post production time all plays a factor in the end price. Please inquire!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation call is typically held to determine the exact needs from the client/customer. Once the work is outline and an estimate is prepared, a 50% deposit is paid to lock-in the shoot day(s) and the second half is paid after all of the work is done and completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While there's no specific training for my career outside of having the Part 107 Drone License, my love for the craft and dedication to delivering a product you can count on is what drives our success. We've been at this for over ten years.
