- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a flat rate for all of our cleaning services. We offer discounts for recurring customers and for seniors, veterans, and families with children. We charge an additional fee for outside work such as windows, gutter cleaning or other customer's petitions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a proven process for working with new customers. First, we have a conversation to determine what their needs are, and to make sure that we understand the scope of the project. We want to ensure that our services will be tailored appropriately to meet the customer's needs, and that we can provide the best possible service for them. We also like to get a sense of which areas of the customer's home they find most important, and if there is anything they would like us to focus on during the cleaning process. Next, we schedule an appointment according to your availability so that it works best for you. This is also when we will discuss payment options and any discounts or promotions that may be available at that time. Once on site, one of our professional cleaners will walk through your home with you so they can learn more about your needs and preferences. They'll also be able to answer any questions or concerns you may have while they're getting familiar with your space (and maybe even give you some tips!). From there, they'll get started cleaning! When everything's done—and maybe even before—we'll send photos of each room so you can see how great things look after we've been through them!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do not have fancy degrees or trainings, but we always try to be creative when it comes to thinking up new ways of doing things. We are very confident that any task assigned to us will be completed in an efficient manner. It's important for us to keep up with all of the latest trends in order to provide you with top-quality work every time.
