Jay F. says, "If Ross bids on your job, accept it, period.
We bought a house in Arvada, and it needed severe updating. We have zero experience with any sort of remodeling/updating/construction/contractors etc., and we went with Ross over other bids primarily because he said he could meet our tight timeline and he just seemed like the right guy from the start.
The project has all but concluded, and Ross exceeded any expectation I had about contractors, especially in this market, and especially since I have heard so many horror stories from various individuals throughout Denver.
Ross was quick to respond to any questions we had and constantly gave us project updates as things moved along (we spoke almost daily, and it would have been daily if I wanted). He made us feel like we were his only clients, despite having multiple other jobs going while working with us. One of numerous stories; the night we moved in the house we notice a leak coming from the ceiling in our kitchen, I sent Ross a text on a Sunday morning showing him the issue, and on the same Sunday morning he was over at my house, giving up his one day of the week to do personal stuff fixing our plumbing that had been poorly repaired by a subcontractor. Not one grumble, sigh, or hint that it was an inconvenience to him, and that is Ross. There are too many stories like this to include, he goes above and beyond to make you happy in all of his work, and in some cases, work that is not his, because well, it does not look right to him, and he wants it to be right.
He makes you feel like he can and will do anything, and he does. He literally takes care of everything, and addresses all concerns. He is honest, and he is straight with you on what is possible and what it will cost, and guess what, it costs exactly what he tells you!
We have beyond enjoyed working with Ross and his crew over the past 6 weeks, and look forward to hiring him to do a basement finish in the future. I will go out of my way to tell people to use him for any home remodel project."See more
