- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are for the service of photographing an event or session. I do not include printed products in my quoted fees, nor do I require that you purchase a set of prints as a part of this quoted fee. All photographs will be made using high quality photographic equipment and all photographs will be taken in RAW format. Every photograph is reviewed and processed individually before being delivered via a password protected, website gallery. The photographs will be delivered in the highest possible resolution and available for free download in .JPG format from the gallery website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, I ask that you hire me on Thumbtack by clicking through the hiring process that is done through the website. Once you choose me as your photographer, we communicate via the Thumbtack messaging feature, via telephone or email to arrange a date, time and location for the session. If it is a wedding or other event that requires a consultation, we can arrange a meeting to discuss the details. I welcome the opportunity to meet with you and will do all I can to ensure that we have discussed all aspects of the session/event coverage to ensure the expectations are properly set and the assignment understood.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed well over 500 sessions in my photography activities over the last 12 years. One of the greatest honors I have received was from Nikon in 2012, in having one of my images selected to be prominently displayed as their banner image for the month of December of that year.
