- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts are offered when a different job cancels and we need to fill the space quickly. It's always worth asking to see if any of these dates are available!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Transparency and simplicity. We give you the information you need, we come up with a plan, and we execute. Most jobs will involve a physical walk through where the owner will come out and assess the job in order to be properly prepared for the job and in order to discuss everything with you in person and provide you with a clear understanding of the plan and of the costs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Lots and lots of moving experience. On the operations, administration, and management side, we emulate a military standard as Mike served in the Army and decided the system used there works just as well in a civilian context.
