Mark Jump and the entire Refined Roofing team were incredibly supportive and made our roof replacement and repairs from a felled tree as pain-free as we could have hoped for. Mark assisted us through the insurance process which made it a very straightforward process. The work was both quick and excellent. We are very impressed with their work and diligence. Highly recommend for everything they do.

Jason was very knowledgeable about all of their products. He was helpful as we made selections for the upgrades to our home. During the roof installation, gutter installation, and deck building, he made several visits on-site to make certain that everything was efficiently and correctly completed.

I was experiencing roofing and gutter problems because I was too old and unsteady to walk the roof for inspections anymore. Knew I would have to file an insurance claim and would need a good advocate to work with my adjuster. Mark sent Joel Johnson to inspect and make recommendations and I was so glad he did.Joel worked closely with the adjuster (an incredibly nice lady), and they were able to proceed in short order. Turned out the damage was much more severe than any of us had expected. I thought I was sunk for sure, but Joel and Chastity Stone managed to get the repairs approved with very little out of pocket costs. It was truly a pleasure working with Refined Roofing. They replaced our soffit and gutters, and we couldnt be more pleased. The workers showed up on time and didnt waste any time. It was a joy working with Jason. His knowledge and expertise was the reason we chose this company, and my wife and I have gained a friend in Jason.
