Had my front and back staircases repaired/replaced. Greg and his team were excellent to work with. The work proposal/estimate was the most thorough and detailed of any contractor I’ve worked with. Job was done professionally, pricing was very fair, and the team was a pleasure to work with. They are my new go to for interior and exterior projects. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Greg.

I apologize to Michael for my failure to submit a proposal as promised. Yet, his characterization of my company seems to be an overreaction based on an anger issue outside of my control. The truth is that LG Services is in high demand and keeping up with that demand is challenging. Additionally, my wife had major surgery two weeks ago due to a cancer diagnosis. Go ahead Michael and post a nasty review. I know that my priorities are correct. My wife's health is much more important than submitting a deck construction proposal. My clients know the truth. LG Services is an honest company known for its integrity, high quality work, and professionalism. I wish you the best of luck in life.

We offer a 10% discount on labor for active military.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Either with a phone consultation or a site visit (often both), we determine the scope of the project. Design details and construction processes are discussed and agreed upon. At that point we are able to submit an estimate for the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years experience in carpentry, home improvements, woodworking, and project management.
