Dave inspected our home this past spring. I found his work to be comprehensive, detailed, and provided us the confidence we needed to move forward on buying the house. For example, when I pulled up to the house, he had overalls on, and was covered with mud and cobwebs, letting me know that he had just come from the crawlspace. I appreciate that he got messy to help get the job done. He also provided the inspection report, complete with pictures, in a timely manner. I would definitely work with him again.

Dave did an amazing job! Very detailed! Even had extra cloths for me to get under a house with him! A year later was still able to provide me with my inspection for selling my home!!
