- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you reach out to us via Thumbtack one of our representatives will follow up with a message or phone call. Once we have the information to add you to the schedule for service you will receive a notification from our company letting you know you have been scheduled with the time and date that was agreed upon. On the day of your service, you will get a notification again reminding you of the service and you will also get a notification and phone call ahead of your scheduled appointment from the technician when he is on the way. During your service the technician will diagnose the issue and go over the findings and pricing with you. Once the job is completed the technician will go over the invoice with you and can collect any payment due at the time of completion. You will also receive a follow up email approximately a week after service asking about your experience with the company.
