Mark is definitely a true pro and fixed my TV, stereo, CD, and DVD connections which another Thumbtack “pro” attempted to do. It takes a true professional to analyze and fix someone else’s mistakes. He didn’t seem to have much difficulty completing the assignment and actually talked through the process of doing so. He has significant knowledge and approached the task with definite enthusiasm. He took care to explain what he did and most importantly demonstrated and told me exactly what to do to get each component working well. He also made sure to troubleshoot any possible issues that can arise and made sure that I could fix them myself. He actually said that he felt bad that he couldn’t do more for me when we met up to work on the stereo/ TV system. I am extremely grateful for everything that he did and know that I will greatly enjoy the final product. He will make himself available if any problems arise. He is a true professional and just a good person who is very approachable. I will definitely call him if I decide to upgrade any of my components or need any advice. He did a fantastic job and, I would highly recommend him and his services to anybody. The value of his work is tremendous, and he definitely does not charge excessively.
