FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We actually have starting prices that can very well be your total . If it requires additional hours that aren’t in the base price then it’ll go up $50 an hour for shooting time and if your project require more editing time it’ll go up $40 an hour . But since we change our base pricing our clients don’t normally go over them .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’re really upfront about the process of it all . This is a complex job especially editing which takes the most time . But we make it as smooth as possible will be transparent about every detail . We leave no room for miscommunication !
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The Time of shooting is very keys in every ones price point . In conjunction with the length of the project sometimes . The longer we shoot means the more footage we have and the more footage we have to look through and piece together the longer it’ll take . Editing is actually harder than shooting .
