- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard to stay within all budgets but offer upgrades and accessories if the client wants them. We've done small linen cabinets all the way to a closet the size of a 4 car garage, and everything in between.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We listen to your needs, draw up designs, a range of pricing and work hard to meet your needs. Over 30% of our clients come back for a 2nd (or 3rd) project after they love the first one.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every person in our organization is highly trained and is an employee, not a subcontractor. We hold monthly training meetings to make sure we are up to date on the latest construction techniques and newest accessory offerings.
