FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I generally charge 40.00 for just a basic, simple, vow/ring exchange and to sign off on the paperwork. If the couple wants more than just the basic short ceremony then the prices go up. Have never charged more than 125.00 for a full wedding. I like to try and be flexible if possible on prices depending on the situations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to the customer to see exactly what they want and what they expect. This also allows both of us an opportunity to see if we connect. Chemistry is important when chosing the person who will marry you to your life partner! Once we establish the basics, then we can work together on the details. I try to be available to offer suggestions when asked or give guidance if asked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters degree in Comparative Religions which gives me the ability to appreciate the wide variety of religious beliefs. I think having studied this, I am more open minded and willing to accept various viewpoints. I am also working on my counseling degree and have found that some of the things I have learned about, I have been able to apply to dealing with different kinds of people.
