- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a flat rate for the session, which includes my time to take the photos and to do a basic edit on them. I will upload them to an online gallery for viewing by the client. Every package has a different quantity of digital images included with the session and there is an extra charge for additional digital image over the ones included as well as prints and canvases that can be purchased through the gallery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client books on my site, there is usually a questionnaire to fill out, with questions pertinent to the session they're booking. Those answer will give me an idea up front on a lot of details I need. I will then reach out via the email address provided and provide them with my phone #. If they do not have any further questions, I will touch base with them a few days before their session to iron out details. After the session, and the gallery is posted, I provide the client with the link via email and ask them to choose their favorites that will make up their included digital images. After they select, I make those available for download. It usually takes a week to get the gallery edited and posted.

I am entirely self taught with online courses by high end professionals in the field.
