- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rate is $35 an hour. Rates increase for heavy manual labor such as moving or building furniture. We are able to bring on additional helpers for $25 hour if you feel you need more hands to efficiently get the job done. Typically these jobs take time dependent on the ability of the client to make decisions about their items. Will you keep it, give it away or toss it?
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
CLIENT INTAKE / ASSESSMENT: $ FREE During, our initial meeting via phone or in person, you will explain your project goals and ideas. This information is used to develop an Assessment. This document will summarize our conversation, outline supplies needed and ensure open and clear communication throughout our work together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of West Virginia University with a degree in Sociology. This education, helped me understand there are a multitude of reasons for folks to feel overwhelmed. I have long had a strong desire to help people and have a natural knack for organizing. I'd love to talk with you about how best to utilize these skills for your project!
