Look no further. This company is so professional. Shannon came out on a Friday night and stayed working on my furnace for over 3 hours. The temperature in my home was 51. I had no heat with the high temperature hitting 25. Shannon stayed until he got the furnace running again. I have spoken to Will several times and he has been great answering questions and proving estimates for the work. Thanks again!

High Caliber Solutions showed up and diagnosed my system which was cutting on by itself without meeting the actual temperature requirements. He did all the checks required and the system checked out fine. Basically, if isn't broke, don't fix it. He was very honest that nothing was wrong and to call him again if it has any more problems. Plus he's a veteran like me. I have my new HVAC tech that I can call. Thanks.

Called Will and was seen same day by Shannon and team they actually turned around and drove 1 hour to fix AC. They fixed the issues and went above and beyond finding the problem. Fixed, very reasonable charge and will definitely have them come back for maintenance or any other issues that arise with the HVAC. Thank you for your service Will!! Highly recommended!!!

Save yourself the time and take it from all of us who have already done the research and written reviews: High Caliber Solutions is an honest company that provides excellent value. Will and his team have now replaced duct work in 2 of my properties and replaced a heat pump in 1 property. I needed the most recent project done ASAP, thanks to 100+ degree temperatures when the old heat pump froze up on tenants. Will was responsive and didn't up-charge or price gouge (which is exactly what the other companies I received bids from did [for example: read the reviews on Five Star Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Electric for a consistent up-charging and up-selling theme that I also experienced]). Will only recommends what needs to be fixed and clearly explains options and project scope. The team does great work, they do not do it on the cheap, they get the work done on time, and in my experience they easily beat other bids. I will be using High Caliber Solutions for all of the plumbing and HVAC needs at all of my properties moving forward. I highly recommend them.
