I would highly recommend Barricades for any home repairs/remodels. Aaron and his team were reliable and kept great communication throughout the entire job. The team was highly skilled and able to complete the job in a timely manner. My fence was in need of some repairs due to age and some damage from a fallen tree. I had a few companies come out to give me estimates and found that Barricades was the most affordable. Aaron made me feel very comfortable as a woman having him there at my home. He was polite, friendly, and professional from beginning to end. While explaining the details of the job, Aaron told me he had noticed that I had dogs and said that if I was comfortable with it, that he would go ahead right then and repair the part of the fence that was damaged temporarily so that my dogs would be able to be let out safely into the yard again until they came back to complete the job. I was so thrilled by this! None of the other companies had even noticed that I had dogs or taken into consideration how much of an inconvenience walking them on leashes was. Barricades exceeded all of my expectations! They are truly dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. I would not hesitate to call upon Aaron and his team for any of my home repair needs in the future.

Aaron gave us a quote right away and started the job days later. Aaron has what I would call a mentor working with him. The mentor is a poor communicator and needs to be more detailed in his work. His lack of certain skills is very obvious. At this point I think they should install chain link fences only.

Book a 9 am appointment today fours days in advance. Provided my address and re confirmed the appointment via txt message. They never showed up for today’s estimate. Followed this morning at 9:30 asking if today’s appointment was still good and got no answer. We will be looking elsewhere. Poor customer service and care . I’d look for other options where communication and common courtesy is open and transparent.
