My A/C condenser died in July. When I began requesting recommendations and quotes from contractors on different systems, I found that I might not be able to afford replacing my old system at all. I spoke to 4 contractors and 2 online vendors. Finally found First Class Home Services. Tommy Goldberg sent me his technician Cameron Soper. Cameron is not a salesman. He knew I was having financial problems and did his very best to help. They got me a better unit than I had hoped for, a better price, and arranged financing that I could afford. Also, they don't have a surcharge on their financing like I found with some contractors. It was a one-day installation and Mr. Goldberg was available by phone and e-mail to answer all my questions and walk me through the whole process (day, night and weekend). Truly amazing service!

Cameron, our HVAC Specialist was Brilliant. Arrived on time, explained the issues with our system and made suggestions. Did not force the sell. He allowed us the time to decide what we wanted, performed the work efficiently and made us feel very comfortable that we were making the right decision. I am so glad he mentioned the monthly maintenance to us. We feel confident , with this company, and reassured we will not run into the problems we experienced with our prior HVAC company. Highly recommend this company and the monthly service that will save us tons of money over the years.

I know what you're thinking, have to be skeptical of this many five star reviews. They're legit though if my experience is at all typical.After having Cameron out here for a few hours my system was perfect and they honestly should charge more for the excellent work. Can't go wrong with this company

After a recent HVAC inspection, my upstairs air unit needed to be replaced. I received a bid from the HVAC company who had performed my inspection but I wanted to get a second opinion and estimate from another company. I called First Class Home Services and worked with them to assess what I needed and provide an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable, which included quality equipment, so I approved the heating/air replacement with First Class. Cameron, and John (Pepper) were very knowable and experienced. They met or exceeded every expectation I had and were professional, courteous, and conscientious. I highly recommend them with a 5-star rating.
