- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is value priced and calculated on a specific scope of work unique to my client's needs rather than a one size fits all approach.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once initial communication has been established I request that a discovery form be completed in order to learn more about their business and needs. This also serves to ensure that we don't miss any pertinent details so we both have an accurate expectation. It enables me to provide the most accurate quote at the time of a complimentary consultative call to see if we would be a good fit to work together. During this call we will also discuss next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in Accounting and 20 years of continuing education and experience with high growth organizations. I am a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor, Xero Certified Advisor and a Gusto Certified People Advisor.
