Our family was very happy to be able to re-tile our half bath after several years in the house. Hector and his team were professional, communicated everything, helped me trouble-shoot some difficulties, diagnosed an issue with the toilet, and were very patient with me as a customer when I accidentally purchased the wrong supplies for the job which resulted in adding several more hours of work to their already busy schedule! Despite my mistake, the job was completed in only two days! I would highly recommend Floors and Decor SC to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Hector and team from Floors Decor installed beautiful new LVP Flooring in our two studio condos. (The old tile & carpet were over 17 years old so removing that first was not an easy job.) Hector met us for the site review & estimate within one day of our contacting him. He is very knowledgeable, kept in touch with us throughout the process, and delivered on his commitments. Mr. Hector and his team have done an extraordinary job installing the large-format wood-look tiles in my living area and hexagon tiles in both restrooms in my home.
