Our pricing is designed to be transparent and competitive. We offer a level of service tailored to meet your needs, and we’ll walk you through any fees upfront. For clients listing with us, we provide value added services such as home staging consultations and marketing enhancements, often at no additional charge. While we don’t focus on discounts, the comprehensive nature of our service often results in quicker sales and higher returns.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we begin with a discovery meeting, whether buyer or seller, to understand your goals, priorities, and timeline. From there, we provide a detailed market analysis, a step-by-step plan tailored to your property or search criteria, and open communication throughout the process. Whether buying or selling, we act as your guide from start to finish, offering resources like vendor recommendations, market insights, and support during key decisions.

Our team is backed by years of real estate experience and ongoing professional development. We’ve completed advanced negotiation training, market analysis certification, and specialized courses in marketing properties. Eddie aside from building a mega agent business in multiple cities, has also led the nations #1 Keller Williams real estate office, and is an international real estate coach.
