Ivan responded to my request for help with a pipe leak before I had even set my cell phone down. He arrived at my home in less than an hour, quickly diagnosed the issue, and immediately set to repairing the issue. He clearly explained the situation and advised me what the repair options were. Although the repair was just completed, it looks like the leak has been repaired in a reasonable amount of time. I am very pleased with Batvan40’s service and would recommend the company to others who need some plumbing work done.

Ivan and team communicated when they were in their way. Once here, they assessed the plumbing situation and got right to work. I know for sure that they had options that would have been more costly to repair one of my damaged water pipes, but they successfully fixed it without damaging my bathroom wall, saving me hundreds. This man is a workhorse. He arrived on the minute with every time we established. Didn't waste a second doing the repairs, even when last minute complications outside of our control interrupted our plans. He replaced the main water shut off valve, supply lines under the sink (with updated plumbing) and a bathroom sink line. I highly recommend him for any home plumbing needs!

We had a last minute emergency with our water heater and he was available the same day to take a look at the issue. He was very responsive and nice to work with. The price is base on free estimate on site , also we can match or beat any written estimate from another licensed plumber.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’m usually starting with text message to introduce myself following with phone call to schedule free estimate appointment, on the site ill like to hear more about the situation and then I’ll give you several options to solve your problem, 90 % of the time if the costumer is agreed to the estimate I do the work immediately.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I take two plumbing classes also passed two business and law exams (for SC and NC ) and also passed very difficult NC plumbing license exam, and 5years + field experience.
