- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Thumbtack users, we only charge a $49 service fee, and that fee is waived if the customer decides to move forward with the repairs. Additionally, we feel it's very important to fully explain our pricing for any repairs or replacements up front and make sure the customers know exactly what we will be doing, and feel assured that they are being treated honestly and fairly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully licensed in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical in both North and South Carolina. We regularly engage in continuing education associated with those licenses to ensure that our work is always being completed to full code standards. We also regularly conduct technical and safety training with our entire staff to ensure each and every one of our customers are always getting the best possible performance, and that all work is being conducted in the safest manner possible.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have been fortunate to grow to a point where we serve a variety of customers with a variety of needs. We provide HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical service installation, and maintenance for residential customers, property managers, small commercial clients, large commercial clients, and we also work with several General Contractors and builders throughout the Carolinas. We originated, however, with residential service which is still our largest division and a division that we have an extreme amount of passion for.
