- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All work to be quoted upon arrival. Service call fee is $39, waived if hired. A discount of 10% is given for all First Responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to diagnose the issue and let the customer know what that issue is as well as give them options because there is usually more than one way to get a job done and I like the customer to know that they have all the options to chose from, I will give my professional opinion but at the end of the day I want the customer to to pick whatever they think sounds best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am rinnai certified for their tankless water heaters, I have as well attended a class on Navian tankless water heaters, I am also certified in trac pipe gas pipe.
