Natalie B. says, "J was professional in how he acted and he worked me in the same day I called — he installed a fan and a chandelier in about an hour. However, it would have been better if he had scheduled me on another day rather than working me in between other scheduled work. The ETA of 5:30pm that he gave me was later than I would have expected when he first said he was “working it in before my 6:00”, and then he came 2 hours later than that ETA, at 7:30pm. So when he left my house around 8:30pm, I was too hungry from missing supper while waiting for him and I didn’t take the time to notice that the chandelier he hung was crooked, and he didn’t check his own work, despite having a level in his tool belt — and the chandelier was noticeably crooked. My husband had to finish the install and get the chandelier straight by tightening up the bolts that were too quickly put in. There were a few other minor cosmetic things missed too that I think wouldn’t have happened if they hadn’t been in a rush to get to the other 2 jobs he said he had left that night. Mostly just tightening bolts up and straightening things that were put on too quickly. He’s very eager to take on jobs and works quickly, but he just needs to slow down and pay attention to details. I would rather electrical work be done correctly than quickly."See more
