Trey was courteous and professional. They were at my house when he said they would be. Trey was so easy to talk to. I was concerned about possible mold issues in my house after Hurricane Florence and had questions about Environmental Mold’s services. He explained the whole process to me in terms I could understand. I highly recommend this company!

Absolutely amazing service and quality. Others were charging 2x as much to clean my air ducts which was not cost effective for my family. He was extremely knowledgeable of mold and the importance of air quality. Really glad I chose to go with Trey Manning.

EMS worked on power washing/cleaning over 6K SF interior of my commercial property. All workers were punctual and finished the project in a timely manner. Their quality of work is exceptional- detailed the interior and cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. My other contractors even complimented their professional work! I already hired EMS again for more work (black mold clean up) and highly recommend EMS.

In 2015 I bought a house and the realtor, loan company and attorney all failed to get required reports. The house had mold termites and unknown allergens. I called several companies and this company was not only concerned for me but responded quickly and gave me the best price and more reports. The reports they gave me were phenomenal with videos pictures details and options to make the house safe. I will be using them to do the work I need and would recommend them for whatever you need. This has been stressful with my 2 grandchildren and daughter having respiratory issues because of issues not disclosed. This company has given me confidence that we can handle this. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing for each of the services we provide and the Inspector will will go over the pricing for the service requested during the on-site consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
EMS will schedule an on-site consultation with our clients to address their unique concerns. During the consultation the Certified Inspector will make recommendations and answer all questions from the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Inspectors and Project Managers are certified in their field of expertise, through Independent certifying Organizations. Such as but not limited to The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration and Certification
