- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provide pricing upfront, but in some cases I will need additional information to provide the most accurate quote possible. For example, if you are looking to have a desk assembled, I would estimate it would be standard desk with a couple of drawers. If it is an "L" shaped desk with a hutch, it would be more. The more information I have the more accurate my quote can be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is pretty simple. Once you have picked out your furniture and scheduled delivery, we will come out and assemble it in place. Whether desk, chair, entertainment center, or bed, we will take the frustration out of your new purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have assemble hundreds of pieces of furniture and exercise equipment. Over that time I have learned some of the short cuts and time saving tricks that will get your project done quicker.
