FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A phone conversation is best so I am clear on what you'd like to get from the session and the logistical details. I will provide a price based on the amount of time spent on the shoot and then finalizing the amount of photos agreed upon. I never have any hidden fees and the final files are yours with no strings attached. The price I quote is the price you pay. Beware of unethical photographers with surprise fees for files, prints, and releases.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call is needed for you to relay details of what you wish to get from the shoot. How many different set ups, or how much time. Also, how many final photos are sufficient. I will also have many questions and provide location suggestions and also tips. I find customers would rather have this 10 minute conversation than fill out a lot of form.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Families, couples, maternity, and single portraits of all ages.
