Rachel has been a solid housekeeper. She has never failed to clean my 4 properties. Her cleanings are up to my standards, which I am very particular. If there is anything wrong she quickly and pleasantly fixes the problem. I truely couldn't ask for a better service from her and her team.

I was in need of a deep clean for my large two story home with two pets, two children and a husband before we hosted a large party. Rachel was quick to respond, she is professional, very detailed, the cost was well worth all the work she did here- and I am so relieved I don't have to do any cleaning at all! Sometimes, though rarely, we have the good fortune in life to find and engage someone as dedicated, professional and meticulous in providing their service as the House Keeping Company’s Rachel Bresnihan. No detail too small or request too large that she doesn’t take on as though it is her pleasure to do so. Wouldn’t consider having anyone else take care of putting my house, and business premises in show case condition.

I quote based on the detail of the project and/or by a percentage of the total square footage. I offer discounts of all kinds. Just ask me!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
LISTENING. I’m a problem solver. I prefer to do an in-home walk through to provide an accurate quote, and to get a feel for what it is you want to hire my company to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional housekeeper and home organizer for 8+ years, caring for large families while working/coordinating with additional household staff, housekeeper to vacation rentals, real estate sales and service, small family housekeeping. I have served as a cleaning company for restaurants, cafe’s, warehouses, offices, apartment and condo communities. That’s a fair share of education and training, I’d say!
