Jason was awesome. I called him one day & he was here (in my house - - NOT remotely) the next. He answered all my questions and was very patient with my (probably) dumb questions. He was professional, friendly, kind and his fees were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to contact him again. He knows what he is doing and helped me with several situations. Jason responded to my inquiry almost instantly. I texted him a list of item's to fix on a new HP SPECTRE Laptop including setup of a Google Account including Gmail, MS Windows Home Edition 11, McAfee Security Suite, Samsung Galaxy A54 5G Smartphone, and Samsung 55" Smart TV with a Bose Soundbar Remote Control. Jason accomplished all of these within the 2 hours requested and even came back to my apartment for a follow-up visit. I highly recommend Jason for any technical issues for Windows computer's, Android Smartphone, Samsung Smart TV 's,and Bose Soundbar. He absolutely deserves a 5 Star rating!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices quoted through Thumbtack are general estimates until the needs of the customer are discussed further. *** NOTE: Damaged desktop monitors cannot be repaired; screens included. You will have to buy a new monitor. ***
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initially being contacted, I like to give the customer a callback to discuss the details of the request including the best time and way to proceed with assisting the customer to resolution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been the "Computer Guy" for over 20 years for sooo many. I have 2 yrs of technical training but the training will never compare to the real world experience I've obtained daily working alongside others with many years of experience as well.
