- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices quoted through Thumbtack are general estimates until the needs of the customer are discussed further. *** NOTE: Damaged desktop monitors cannot be repaired; screens included. You will have to buy a new monitor. ***
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initially being contacted, I like to give the customer a callback to discuss the details of the request including the best time and way to proceed with assisting the customer to resolution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been the "Computer Guy" for over 20 years for sooo many. I have 2 yrs of technical training but the training will never compare to the real world experience I've obtained daily working alongside others with many years of experience as well.
