We are so grateful for Earl. Our ac stopped working during a heat wave and it was 87 degrees in our house. He came out early on a Sunday morning and resolved the issue so quickly that we are still going to be able to make it to church on time!

This review is quite late, but still wanted to take the time to provide a 5 star review. After months of no heat during the summer , we could no longer take it. On the night of July 4th, we reached out in the hopes of getting our system assessed within the week. To our surprise, he was available that night and came to fix our AC. There were several issues, and he resolved them all in a timely manner, gave us some great advice to maintain our system moving forward, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were beyond satisfied with the service / repair and have not had a single issue since ! I highly recommend booking with Reid’s.
