FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We focus on events such as weddings and corporate functions. While we have a $5K minimum, we will work with brides and non-profits in a number of DIY and sponsorship options based on community commitments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a bride specifically, have they confirmed a date and a venue. First step is typically sharing a vision board or a photo, giving a sense of their style, color pallet and atmosphere they desire to create for their special day. Other helpful information is the # of bride's maid bouquets, boutonnieres, wearables (such as corsages, for example). For the ceremony, what about need aisle florals, statement pieces, arbor, etc. Are flowers needed for the rehearsal dinner or other events during the week? Where is the reception and what is the structure of the table set-up (if they know at this point in time). For a pricing proposal, will need to know the # of centerpieces or table runners, statement pieces, bar florals, etc. if required. We now offer a coordination manager function for the 'day of' the event to help project manage and communicate the flow of the day and keep everyone on-track, freeing up the bridal party to enjoy the event. For a corporate branding event, we typically will want to set up a face-to-face meeting to understand their requirements, culture, branding colors, organizational and event goals. For non-profits, we simply need to understand the dates, location, goals for the event (i.e. fundraising, recognition, etc.) and their full expectations.
