Helder and his team were amazing! He sent me a text to let me know when he was on his way. He showed up during the time frame he gave me. He was able to hang my TV over my fireplace with ease. Super friendly and efficient. I reached out to him last Sunday night and in less than a week later my TV is up! So happy with the work he did! I will definitely use him again and tell all my friends. Our prices are very reasonable considering the amount of experience and precision we bring to the table.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We speak on the phone to get a general idea on the scope of the project. 2. I ask for pictures of the locations of the project (the wall is my canvas). 3. I give a quote based on our conversation and location. 4. We set up an appointment that best fits your schedule 5. Complete the project on time and within budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Research, research, research. I have put in 1,000's of hours in my free time researching this field for the most educated knowledge.
