Well, I made the wise choice of choosing JN Service HVAC/Plumbing to help me this time. A very impressive young service tech named Mario Junior arrived on time today and solved my issue. With total professionalism and utter tenacity Mr. Junior traced the source of the noise, diagnosed the problem and was able to resolve it in a timely and efficient manner. I am totally satisfied at the time and care Mr. Junior took in diagnosing and addressing the issue. After he was finished he made completely sure I understood what he had done and what the source of the problem had been. He was very kind and patient and immediately addressed any questions or concerns I might have had.
