Alito is a great personal trainer!
He adjusts every workout session to fit my schedule and personal goals. When trying to workout on my own I saw little to no results, working with Alito I’ve finally started to loose some of the weight and gain muscle. He has a positive attitude during every session and really helps me stay motivated and on track with my fitness goals. Highly recommend!

I have been meeting with Alito for a few weeks now and have been very impressed with my experience. I met with 3 other personal trainers before deciding to go with Elite Fitness. They tried to sell me on time, and extra services. Elite Fitness took the time to listen to my goals, my time commitments and take a realistic view on what we could accomplish. He has created workouts for me to do between our sessions, helped me track my diet and has been mindful about how things work for me and my life. He has also been mindful of a shoulder injury I have, and had attended to this without sacrificing the working out (my physical therapist has been very impressed!).
I also complain every session, and he just continues to be encouraging and validating so I get the best out of our time together.
Anyone that is looking for a trainer that pays attention to them as a person and their goals, rather than just being another number, I'd definitely recommend Elite Fitness.
