Dishonest. We agreed on a price for the whole project. Hugo even described how helpful it would be to trim the big tree close to the house. However they left without trimming the big tree. (The biggest part of the project) We contacted them several times afterwards, and they responded by saying that they needed to repair equipment, and would be back soon… Well it’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard from them again.
