- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all customers, whether new or repeat, I provide free estimates at your home. This includes reading plans and offering virtual estimates if needed. My pricing is competitive and transparent, with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for larger projects, repeat customers, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact: We start with a thumbtack message to discuss the project details. Free Estimate: I visit your home to provide a free estimate, or we can arrange a virtual estimate if preferred. Project Planning: We review the project plans, discuss materials, and finalize the scope of work. Scheduling: We agree on a start date and timeline that works for you. Execution: My crew and I begin the work, ensuring quality and cleanliness throughout the process. Completion and Review: Once the job is completed, we do a walkthrough to ensure everything meets your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained as a plasterer since I was 16 years old, taking over the family business. With 30 years of hands-on experience, I have honed my skills in both residential and commercial plastering. My training includes traditional plastering techniques as well as modern methods.
