Kri and his team, Luis particularly, were fantastic to work with! I would work with them again absolutely. Kri was first to respond to my inquiry to remodel my kitchen and bathroom and so amenable to my questions throughout the process. From the initial visit it was clear he was knowledgeable but also open to my ideas, though I am not super well versed in home renovation. He then proposed a detailed quote that allowed me to understand the intricacies of the pricing, important when you're on a budget and knowing where you can cut or DIY, such as purchasing materials/hardware myself, which Kri worked with me to do. On the demo/installation days, Kri showed up to supervise the work and ensure all was adequately on track with the team, even if not doing the tasks himself. When there were obstacles he kept me up to date on solutions and pricing. His team worked quickly too! Plus he was willing to come back and assist in ensuring everything was working optimally even after the job was "completed". I am so grateful this was a smooth process, it makes the kitchen and bathroom that much more enjoyable to spend time in each day.

This company is just the very best they go beyond the call of duty . We had purchased a shower door that ended up not a good product and we realized after the whole bathroom job was done and felt the shower was way to flimsy and we both agreed too dangerous Kri & Luis took the doors down brought it back to the co for us and also sat and helped us pick out new and better options !! Who does that anymore !! They made this project so much fun we are now looking into more. Projects . Their motto “We just want happy Customers “! Well we are happy we hired them !! Not hiring them would be your biggest mistake !!

Kri, Harry and Luis were exceptional. I connected with Kri a few weeks prior to closing on a property and needed work to begin as soon as closing with a hard timeline. From the first conversation over the phone and thereafter, without seeing the property Kri saw my vision and was able to give a reasonable quote for renovating kitchens in 2 units, flooring and finish a basement. As soon as I closed on the property, the team was on site and began working. 10 out of 10 stars from start to finish and the entire project was completed in a month. I have never seen a more professional, hardworking team that brought my vision to life. But don’t just take my word for it, see the before and after pictures…the work speaks for itself. Thank you again Kri, Harry and Luis and the Bedrosian team!

On day one, Kri responded quickly to my inquiry about finishing our basement (within an hour). He was always here on time and ready to work. Kri always kept us in the loop on the progress and even pointed out some issues we never knew about from the previous owners, and even gave us some recommendations on how he can resolve it. He was patient answering all of my questions and never made me feel dumb for not knowing something and never made me feel pressured. He genuinely listened to what we wanted and what our goals were and has a lot of pride in his work. I would definitely recommend Bedrosian Homes. We will be repeat customers for sure.
