Dream House Solutions came through for me again, this was my second time hiring them through Thumbtack, and they were just as solid as the first. Andrii and his associate arrived on time, were professional, and worked non-stop. They assembled a 5-drawer chest and installed 6 curtain rods, and everything came out clean, sturdy, and done right. What really stood out is that Andrii reminded me he was also the one who hung my mirror earlier this year. I honestly didn’t even realize it until he mentioned it (I was a little embarrassed he had to point it out 😅). But it made perfect sense, because the quality of his work is consistent. Dream House Solutions provided exceptional service from start to finish for my project. From the moment I requested information, the response time was impressively under 30 minutes. I was also provided with a very reasonable quote, especially considering the short notice and travel distance involved. Prior to the scheduled arrival time, Andrew communicated via text to confirm he was on his way and arrived precisely as promised. Upon arrival, he promptly began the project of hanging a mirror in my dining room. He carefully confirmed the exact placement I desired and used a laser level and measuring tape to ensure precision and attention to detail. Before securing the mounting studs, Andrew double-checked the positioning with me to ensure complete satisfaction. The quality of his work was outstanding, and I was thoroughly pleased with the final result.
