- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Service call will be free if you will make repairs. Every visit I'll change your air filter for free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a technical degree. Passed EPA certification and OSHA 30 courses. Also passed a special Fujitsu and Goodman trainings.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Replaced failed inducer motor on furnace. It took 5 minutes for diagnostics and 20 minutes for replacement. It cost $550 for customer, incl.service call, parts and second visit.
